MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Kasdas began his career in 2017 as a restaurant owner and operator in Miami, building a hospitality group of roughly ten restaurants that generated about $1M in monthly revenue and employed 100 people. Years spent as a commercial tenant gave him a front-row view of how landlords managed assets and scaled wealth — and set the direction he wanted to take.

He sold several of his restaurants to fund his first real estate purchase, acquiring San Casa Plaza in 2024: a 20,000 sqft retail and office building in need of a full tenant repositioning. Since acquisition, revenue is up more than 50%, with stabilized projections near double the original level, and independent valuations from CBRE and a third-party appraiser show roughly $2,000,000 in added equity — about 3x his initial investment in under 24 months.

Today he's focused on finding the next wave of value-add retail and office opportunities across South Florida, with the same hands-on approach that built San Casa Plaza.
